Lifting weights is more beneficial as it helps to keep the metabolism high in the body for 2 to 3 days. Cardio burns your muscles so you can’t just do cardio. The burn after weights lasts for days versus a few hours with cardio. We aim to do high intensity workouts to create more after burn and challenge the mental and physical aspects of our training. Running helps the body release human growth hormone that helps add muscle and speed up metabolism. It also prepares for emergencies that happen in life. We are not always able to go at our own pace; Sometimes you have to run off the road for your dog, your child or your life!

5. Coaching

There is no successful person without a coach or mentor. Where are you getting your health and fitness information? Is it a knowledgeable and experienced source?
