Who Qualifies For the FIFA World Youth Championship 2009?

The football tournament is for under-20 players and this year it will be held in Rwanda from 18th January to 1st February 2009.

The 8 participating teams this year include Mali, Cameroon, Ghana and Rwanda in Group A and South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt and Cote d’Ivoire in Group B. These players have been selected after the matches in the first phase of the preliminary round which took place from April 18 to 20.
