It will take hardly a few minutes and you need not seek any help from a tech savvy person!

The control panel function for the Active Directory Users and Groups allows the system administrators to modify, delete, and add accounts on their respective network directories and hence, it is an inevitable tool for them. But note that this AD utility is installed on the Windows Server OS by default. Therefore, if you want to install Active Directory tool on Windows XP or the later versions, you must do it manually via the MMC (Microsoft Management Console).

So, if you are a user of Windows XP or later, here are the steps that you must follow to get the AD utility installed on your system –

Step 1: Once you have logged into your system as an administrator, go to the Start Menu and select ‘Run’.

Step.2: Key in ‘mmc’ in the Run dialog box that appears and hit ‘Enter’. This will launch the MMC utility on your system.

Step.3: In the top menu bar, select ‘File’ > ‘Add/Remove Snap-in’

Step 4: You will now be presented with a pop-up screen. Select ‘Add’ at the bottom of this window and go to the next step.

Step 5: Here, you will be presented with a list of all available tools. Mark the tool called ‘AD users and Computers’ and click ‘Add’.

Step 6: In the next window, select Close > OK

Step 7: To apply the new settings and install active directory, you must now reboot your system. Once the computer restarts, you can find the AD tool in the Control Panel, within the ‘Administrative Tools’ folder.

If you follow these steps carefully, you can get the AD domain installed very easily on Windows XP OS. Note that there are different steps that you must follow to create and configure active directory domains on different systems. So, make sure you are following the right steps for the right system. Moreover, there are a number of things that you must be prepared with before you go ahead with the AD installation on your system.

Thus, if you are well prepared before you install Active Directory and exercise due caution while following the given procedure, AD installation will be a cakewalk for you!

Love is Love – It Does Not Matter If the Other Person is From Another Culture

Wake up people of the world, we are over six billion in population thus we need to learn how to love one another. In a world of 6.8 billion people the likelihood of you meeting someone from another culture is very high.

It is not surprising to see more and more people from different cultures date and ultimately get married. Look at America, the melting pot of the world with over 309 million people and counting. At some point in the near future, most of the couples will be multicultural.

Besides, what is wrong with a person from Asia marrying a person from America? The only problem I see is that should probably get married sooner. Let us face it, love knows no culture, ethnicity or color.

If God did not want people from different cultures to date and or get married, he would not have created them. Far too many people place too much value on culture, color, ethnicity so much so, that they miss out on the value diversity offers.

I had a friend tell me, “I do not know why someone would marry a person outside their race.” What kind of statement was that? I will tell you what kind of statement it was, it was ignorant. Genetic studies reveal and population and archeology inform us, civilization has been around for eight million years.

People from different cultures have always interacted, had relationships and some have married. If people were involved in cross cultural relationships millions of years ago, why would it be any different today?

The fact of the matter is, relationships today are the same as they were millions of years ago. Humanity has experienced a few upgrades in terms of movement and or traveling to different countries, but for the most part it has not changed that much.

Love is love, no matter what culture another person happens to be from. Love can be elusive, love can be confusing, however when you find the love of your life, I recommend you hold onto it. Love can be fleeting and if you decide not to have a relationship with a person because they are from a different culture, you are going to miss out on something meant for you.

At times our world is filled with hatred, wars and rumors of wars and what keeps everything in perspective is love. When two people from different cultures can become friends and then decide to marry to develop their love even deeper, the world truly becomes a much better place with tolerance and understanding.

Error 1719 in Windows 7 – Learn Easy Windows 7 Error 1719 Fix

Error 1719 in Windows 7 is one of the most frustrating errors in Windows 7 operating system. It is related to Windows Installer package.

The use of Installer is not only limited with Microsoft products. Today’s most of the software manufacturing companies use the Installer package to facilitate the installation procedure in simple and easy manner.

The full description of error 1719 in Windows 7 is “The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.” It arises due to the problems related to Windows Installer files and its registry entries. The solution for this problem is based on exactly why does the error persists.

1. Reinstall Windows Installer

2. Resolve Incorrect Registry Issues

3. Resolve System Files Corruption

4. Resolve the Necessary Disk Space Problem

5. Ensure Valid Image Path in Registry

6. Rollback the System to an Earlier State

Reinstall Windows Installer

Error 1719 in Windows 7 appears if Windows Installer package is not properly installed or its files are corrupted. It may not be wrong to say that sometimes third-party software may be responsible for this problem.

1. Connect your computer to the internet.

2. Visit Microsoft website, and download Windows Installer.

3. Run the downloaded setup to install it on your computer.

4. Restart the machine after finishing.

The error should not appear again. Unfortunately, if it still appears, you might require repairing the registry entries of the Windows Installer package.

Resolve Incorrect Registry Issues

Windows Installer is a package used to execute administrative tasks like installing, uninstalling and repairing a software product. While executing such tasks, it uses the registry to store information and retrieve it back when it is needed, for example, while installing a specific product it writes into registry so that no other product can be installed at the same time using Windows Installer.

The problem is that, when a software installation is unexpectedly aborted or improperly terminated, the registry entries of Windows Installer get corrupted by the outdated and incorrect information. It necessitates the need of restoring back its registry entries in proper way and resolving the incorrect information.

You are recommended to use good registry/system cleaner software and resolve the registry related issues so that Error 1719 in Windows 7 will not appear again.

Resolve System Files Corruption

Corrupted state of the system files makes it difficult for the Windows Installer to execute its tasks and thereby Error 1719 in Windows 7 originates. In most cases I have seen, the third-party products especially theme packages that replace your system files, were responsible for corrupting the system files.

There is one utility called System File Checker needs to be executed now:

1. Insert the installation disc you used to install Windows 7.

2. Press Windows Key + R of your keyboard to load Run box.

3. Type SFC /ScanNow and press ENTER.

4. Follow the instructions.

Ensure Valid Image Path in Registry

Incorrect Image Path or simply File Path of Windows Installer package in the registry may bring down the Error 1719 in Windows 7 problem. You shall overwrite that Image Path with the valid one. And off course, this problem can be automatically solved using a registry cleaning software.

1. Open My Computer, and press F3 key to load Search feature.

2. Type MsiExec.exe and note down its valid path carefully. For example, C:WindowsSystem32MsiExec.exe

3. Press Windows Key + R of your keyboard to load Run box.

4. Type RegEdit and press ENTER.

5. Navigate here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesMSIServer

6. Double click ImagePath to modify.

7. Type the valid one which you had noted in the above second step.

8. Press ENTER and close Registry Editor.

Resolve the Necessary Disk Space Problem

Do you have necessary free disk space to conduct setup tasks through Windows Installer? Make it sure now and free-up the disk space to solve the Error 1719 in Windows 7.

1. Open disk cleaner or pc optimizer product you had installed in the Resolve Incorrect Registry Issues section.

2. Click System Cleaner |Clean.

Rollback the System to an Earlier State

Rolling back your system to an earlier state may fix the Error 1719 in Windows 7. Using System Restore, select a system restore point at which the system was not showing the said error. For example, a restore point before three days or a week.

1. Click Start |All Programs |Accessories | System Tools | System Restore.

2. Click Next button.

3. Select a restore point by browsing the available dates.

4. Click Next, and follow the wizard your own. System Reboot is required.

What Does It Mean To Love?

Love Does Not Diminish

How do you define love or the experience of it? What is it like to experience yourself on an intimate level? I don’t mean physically but emotionally and spiritually? Some associate love with romantic feelings of butterflies in their stomach. They might talk about the sensations they feel when thinking about their beloved. But is love experienced through the mind, body or both? Is love a noun or a verb? How do we know if we have truly loved? What is the measure of having fully committed ourselves to love? I do not consider myself an expert on love nor a relationship coach. I am just as inquisitive as you are. What I know is: love demands nothing of us because it is an empty vessel to be filled. This is the analogy for life itself, where love is never wasted but recirculated.

Is love unconditional for you? Or does it come with requirements? What happens when those requirements are not met, do you withhold your love for another? Is it possible to withhold the essence of who we are? How can we stop water flowing in a river? You might say: build a damn. However, if the dam is not strong enough, the pressure of the water will find its way through or around it. You’ve no doubt seen tsunamis on TV where entire villages are engulfed by water. Water is a powerful metaphor for love because it can enrich a person’s life, yet it can also be destructive if it comes with conditions.

Do we need love in our lives? What does love offer us in return? Is it intimacy with ourselves or knowing others better? It was St Francis of Assisi who once said: “It is in giving that we receive.” He viewed love as something to be circulated in order to permeate our life and the lives of others. Love is like the Sun that gives of its energy and asks nothing in return because it is self-sustaining. The more we give love, the more of it we have. It begs the question: what happens when love is not reciprocated or the other person ceases to identify with love? If love is not returned, it does not diminish the other person’s capacity to give or receive it. The Sun goes down every evening and there is darkness for twelve hours. Yet, with the break of dawn, it re-emerges bringing energy to sustain life once more. It is a cycle sewn into the fabric of life and so it is with love.

Dare To Fully Express Love

When another person stops loving us, it does not mean we are unlovable. For you cannot stop the flow, it will naturally find expression in another form. Love is the antidote to fear, hatred and anger. It is the one true constant in our lives that is bestowed upon us from conception. We are born into love and leave this life knowing we will continue to love in the lifetimes that follow. The question is: have you dared to fully express love in this life? Have you given love freely and unconditionally? We ought to be like a sponge filled with water, totally wrung out when our time comes. We ought to fill our hearts with love and not withhold it for fear it won’t be reciprocated. Because every time we engage in love, it is magnified within every cell of our body. The more we give of ourselves, the more love expands within our hearts.

Knowing this, I invite you to contemplate your relationship with love over the coming days. Where are you withholding love in your life? How is this serving you? Does it bring a sense of safety, security or comfort? Are you willing to let down the barriers that impede the flow of love? Love needn’t be something expressed between two people but can reveal itself through our life’s purpose, our hobbies and our attitude. If you seek more love in your life, let go of the barriers that keep you safe from expressing it. See if you can find the place within you bursting with love and direct it towards something or someone. Love is a like bank account that compounds interest with each deposit made. Because if we truly want to know what it means to love, we must first experience it unreservedly while we have the chance.

Keep Windows 10 Organized, Pretty, and Productive

Microsoft Windows can get messy. It’s not (always) the operating system’s fault. You download tons of apps and files, and create new content stuff of your own, until your “Downloads” directory looks like a landfill for old content. Your desktop is so full of icons, you can’t see your pretty wallpaper. Your Start Menu looks like an app buffet. In short, your operating system is a mess, but it’s not unfixable.

We take spring cleaning very seriously at Lifehacker. Far be it from us to let an opportunity to refresh, reorganize, and declutter our homes lives pass us by. We’re also pretty psyched to hit the reset button on our tech usage, take a close look at our finances, and give the heave-ho to the day-to-day habits that have gotten a little musty. Welcome to Spring Cleaning Week, wherein we clear the cobwebs of winter and set the stage for sunny days ahead. Let’s clean things up, shall we?

There are a few free apps you can use to add some much-needed organization to your Windows world. Here are a few of our favorites:

Screenshot: DropIt

We covered this app a long time ago, but it’s worth resurrecting. DropIt is a great utility that can help you stay organized if you’re the kind of person who dumps everything you download (or copy to your PC) into a single folder-one giant, sprawling hub that many files enter, but rarely leave.

DropIt allows you to set up a ton of different rules that fire off whenever you drag files onto the utility’s little icon. For example, you can set the app to always move image files into your primary photos folder, video files into your videos folder, and Word documents into-you guessed it-your documents folder.

That’s just the start. If you want to get more advanced, DropIt can automatically scan folders (like your Downloads folder) and apply more advanced filters to anything it finds, like automatically unzipping archives, renaming files based on your parameters, or compressing large batches of files that are otherwise taking up a bit more space than you want.

Automation is a great way to help you stay organized in Windows, and DropIt practically gives you a virtual helper at your fingertips.

Screenshot: digiKam

If your sprawling photo library needs some serious organization but you don’t want to pay for something like Adobe Lightroom, the open-source app digiKam is a great alternative.

Use this app to sort your photos and create (or edit) metadata so you can find exactly what you’re looking for in one easy-to-access library. If you’re also a bit of a photo perfectionist, you can use digiKam to edit your regular and RAW shots to make them picture-perfect.

This app is a much better solution for organizing shots than just dumping them into arbitrary Windows folders. Your disorganized hard drive will thank you, and you’ll be much less likely to lose (or forget about) images going forward.

Screenshot: LaunchBox

We’re not going to ask why you have a bunch of emulators installed on your system, and we’re going to assume that all the ROMs spread across that nightmare of a folder structure in the “Games” portion of your hard drive are completely legal. Right? Regardless, if you just spent the last day getting your nostalgia kick by downloading archives of thousands of different retro games to play on your modern-day PC, keeping these games under control is going to feel overwhelming.

We suggest grabbing LaunchBox, which is a great “game organizer” utility that allows you to quickly find and play titles in your giant library. You can tap into the app’s crowd-sourced database to pepper your titles with useful information, like release dates, genres, publishers, and images, and you can mark certain games as favorites to make theme easier to hunt down when you have a little time to kill.

LaunchBox also makes it (somewhat) easy to import games from your favorite distribution services, like Steam,, and GoG (to name a few). If you’re the world’s biggest gamer who plays everything you can download and always grabs new titles to try from all the major services, LaunchBox is a great way to organize your games under one digital roof.

Screenshot: Nurgo Software

Everyone knows Windows’ Aero Snap shortcuts, right? Hit Windows Key + one of the arrow keys on your keyboard to send your active window flying all around your screen: minimizing, opening, shrinking to fill a quarter or half of your display, and bouncing off your primary display entirely (if you have a multi-monitor setup).

AquaSnap takes this concept and supercharges it. You can snap your windows to different parts of your display, just like with Aero Snap, but you can also do so much more.

How to Install a Network Printer in Windows 7?

How can I install a Network printer in Windows 7? A few days ago, I installed a Windows 7 7246 x86 operating system for my PC. After that I tried to add a network printer which had already connected to another Windows XP machine. I tried it several times but all my efforts failed and my Windows 7 PC could not share this HP Laser Jet 5100 Le printer with the Windows XP PC.

I was unable to open the setup program I installed from the driver setup disk because the system prompted that it had an unknown error. Since I could not install this driver, I copied its INF files from the disk and then began to add a network printer. Though my PC could automatically find out this device and install the driver, it was still unable to perform the connection. Then I downloaded and installed its official Windows Vista driver form the website, but the error went on. I tried some of the HP printer’s universal drivers, but they still didn’t work. Finally, I found the solution.

Here is my solution:

Step 1 Go to Start – Devices and Printers.

Step 2 Select Add a printer and then add a local printer.

Step 3 Select the item called Choose a printer port – Create a new port – local port.

Step 4 Behind Enter a port name input the IP address and the name of your network printer, for example, or mypcprinter. Then click Next.

Step 5 You can select either Windows update or Hard disk to install printer driver. If you choose Windows update, Windows will install a driver for you automatically; if you choose Hard disk, insert the setup disk and follow its wizard to finish the installation.

Additionally, if you think it is a bother to find out the compatible driver in the above methods, you also can try some driver tools. The latest version of PC Driver Helper also can support Windows 7, and with the largest driver database in the industry it can automatically install the best printer driver for your Windows 7 machine.

Repair Windows 7 Installer

In Microsoft Windows operating systems, the Windows Installer package is used to install, repair, reinstall or uninstall the programs. Most Microsoft and Non-Microsoft software uses the Installer to perform the setup tasks like installing, repairing and uninstalling the software.

The increasing use of this utility has resulted in some errors too. Most common problems that users face are: ‘The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed’, ‘Error 1706: Setup cannot find the required files’, ‘Error 1720: There is a problem with this Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run.’

Here are a couple of solutions to repair installer in Windows 7:

1. Reinstall the Installer

2. Fix Registry Keys

3. Modify Image Path in Registry

4. Allow RPC to Interact with your Desktop

Reinstall Installer

Reinstalling Windows Installer should no longer display the error, if it is related to Installer files. To repair Windows 7 installer do the following steps.

1. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories.

2. Right click Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator.

3. Type the following commands one by one after pressing ENTER at their ends:

a. ren msi.dll msi.old

b. ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old

c. ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old

4. Type EXIT and press ENTER.

5. Download a fresh copy of Installer from Microsoft website.

Fix Registry Keys

Widows Registry is one of the sources of the most common problems in general computing. This is due to its significance as an application software data storage medium. The Installer may suffer from errors and problems if the registry entries are broken. You are recommended to use a registry cleaning software to repair Windows 7 installer.

Modify Image Path in Registry

The full file path (i.e. image path) of Installer is registered in system registry. An invalid path to Windows Installer may result in runtime Windows Installer errors. For repairing Installer in Windows 7, we need to write down and register the valid path to Windows Installer package.

1. Click Start | Run.

2. Type %WinDir%System32 and press ENTER. [Note: %WinDir% refers to Windows directory, usually C:Windows]

3. Did you find the file named MSIExec.exe? If so, write down the full path of that file, usually C:WindowsSystem32MSIExec.exe]

4. Close Windows Explorer.

5. Do the Step 1 above.

6. Type RegEdit, and press ENTER.

7. Open the following registry path:

8. Double click ImagePath string to modify it.

9. Enter the valid path you noted down in Step 3. Then, press ENTER.

10. Close Registry Editor.

11. Restart the computer in Safe Mode. [To enter into Safe mode, press F8 key before Windows starts loading.]

12. Do the Step 1 above.

a. Windows 7 32 Bit Users: Type msiexec /regserver

b. Windows 7 64 Bit Users: Type %windir%Syswow64Msiexec /regserver

13. Press ENTER.

14. Restart the machine.

Allow RPC to Interact with your Desktop

To repair Windows 7 installer, try permitting the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) feature to interact with your desktop.

1. Click Start | Run.

2. Type Services.msc and press ENTER.

3. Right click Remote Procedure Call service, and select Properties.

4. Click Log On tab.

5. Select the option Local System Account.

6. Mark the box Allow Service to Interact with Desktop as checked.

7. Click OK and restart the machine.

Highly Recommended

Windows Installer has its registry keys that enable installing, uninstalling and repairing software programs. The highly recommended solution is to use a registry fixer program, do a registry scan, and instantly repair the problems.

Which registry fixing program shall I use?
